Private functions &
public events catering
Doughson's Handmade Pizza can be booked to cater pizzas for private functions, or we can be booked to sell directly to the public at public events. We are based in north-east Wales and we serve events and functions in Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Chester, west Cheshire, the Wirral, and north-west Shropshire.

Private functions
Almost everyone loves a good pizza, making Doughson's the perfect solution for your party, wedding, or corporate event. Choose from our sample menu or request toppings that meet your requirements. Our ovens are portable so we can go places that trailers or vans can't access.

Our catering prices start from £495. This purchases fifty pizzas cooked freshly on-site. For larger catering numbers, each additional pizza costs £8.50 per pizza. For example:

50 pizzas cost £495.

60 pizzas cost £580 (£495 + £85).

80 pizzas cost £750 (£495 + £255).

100 pizzas cost £920 (£495 + £425).
Two service options are available:

Option 1, buffet: we cook and slice up pizzas, serving them on presentation boards for guests to help themselves. This is the method we recommend for most private functions, as it allows guests to graze throughout the event and ensures no one is left waiting for pizza.

Option 2, individual orders: guests receive their own individual pizza by placing orders at our counter. We provide guests with a pager when they place their order to let them know when their pizza is ready. This service method is suited to events where guests have enjoyed a meal earlier in the evening.
We also provide a combination of these two options where a buffet is served at the start of service, then as the service progresses (once demand for the buffet has lightened) guests are able to come up the counter to order individual pizzas.

Public events
Doughson's brings high-quality pizza cuisine to an array of public events such as music, beer, and food festivals, as well as sports events, and specialist markets and shows. At public events, we usually operate as a vendor selling directly to the public by card or cash payments.
We have public liability insurance, food hygiene registration, HACCP, and risk assessments in place to ensure we meet all of the regulatory requirements for your event.
